It may seem trivial but we really appreciated her promptness in responses. As first time home buyers, we had plenty of questions and requests for information. Julia was extremely patient and spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data wherever possible on a range of topics such as how long listings typically stay on the market, what makes a home sell and providing info on comparables in the area to help make an informed decision. The fact that we were in the middle of the pandemic did not deter communication - Julia was available to talk over the phone, email and zoom. She was always available to us whether we were amidst negotiations, closing and even after the property was handed over to us. Above all, Julia was always cheerful which made the whole experience pleasant and less stressful! We were also greatly impressed with Julia's patience and diligence. Every time we were interested in a property (and we did look at more than a few), Julia would help with reviewing documentation, looking for signs of concern, and promptly contacting the seller's agent for additional details that would influence our buying decision. She guided us well with offers that involved multiple bids, especially in the type of conditions that the pandemic market created. Julia is also very competent in quickly drafting up offers for properties we were interested in, which was very helpful in cases where time was of the essence. To top it all, Julia's impressive network of professionals meant that to us, she was effectively a one stop shop for any advice and/or services related to purchasing a home. Overall, we were very happy to have Julia in our corner during the whole process. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who our realtor will be.
