Not honest , has listing on Bellevue that is less than 4000 sq feet, he has on MLS at over 5400 sq feet.....lies, fraud, reported to MLS they asked him to change....as they can’t do anything...just a service, but advised him to change as he knows the rules about living space.... So honest, above board....absolutely not....so wouldn’t trust a word he says or tells you
