I barely wrote reviews but when it comes to Parham and his amazing support I need to share my experience. When I decided to get a place I had a short amount of time . we all know how stressful buying a place , applying for mortgage and all stuff is , but Parham was so professional , ethical and genuinely caring and understanding that we could get our ideal place in a short amount of time and with least stress because he was always available. he is so busy but whenever we would call him he was responsive and he would make sure to provide us with whatever we needed to know and patiently listening to us. He also is very smart and professional and experienced when it comes to buying process. He also has very trustworthy team and connection in case you need mortgage broker and other resources. I can't thank him enough for his great job.
