Dana's client placed an offer on my apartment. My realtor forwarded Dana's emails to me. The way she bargain is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the owner, making me feel like I live in a junky place. This is not the way you should describe someone's apartment just for the sake of getting your offer through. I declined her offer due to the bad feeling I got from her email conversation. I sold my apartment over the asking price and I am very happy I didn't have to do business with Dana.

Elaine and her team went above and beyond the usual realtor tasks when we listed my Mother's condominium with them. Living on Bowen, it isn't the easiest thing to sell a condo located in West Vancouver. It really helped having a local team who were extremely willing to shoulder many of the tasks necessary to get the condo on the market quickly. Sometimes all I had to do was ask and voila!, a task that would have required many hours of my time (work + travel time via ferry) was done in a blink of the eye. I never felt like I was asking too much: every request I made of the team was answered with "yes, of course we can do that for you". And the happy ending was that the condo sold in five days, at above asking price.
