When I initially contacted the office I didn't hear back but on the second attempt I was successful and had a great experience. He showed us a property on a Sunday and had other showings and appointments all day I believe. The sudden demand for properties up there is wild so have a little more patience with the overworked agents.

I tried reaching out to this agent multiple times by phone and email (I made sure to leave a voicemail with my details). I even called the office and left a message directly with reception and explained I never received any contact back about a lot I was interested in purchasing for which David Sheepway was the listing agent. I eventually took my business elsewhere as he does not bother to respond.
