I would not recommend this gentleman for anything. Got a weird feeling about him the first time I met him. Only knew him through third party dealings but he dealt with them in a threatening and unprofessional way. All can be proved. He was hired by My landlords who wanted to sell our rental unit. He was very unprofessional even stating he would take a “vacation” to delay giving us our rightful compensation for being evicted during a pandemic and due to the fact that the house was being sold. Then he goes and sells the house to I’m assuming one of his real estate friends from century 21, to only have them turn it around and re attempt to rent it with an increase of $700/month rent the following month. To anyone reading this, this is very illegal. This gentleman had a part to play in placing a good family and great tenants without a home a month before Christmas, and during a national pandemic. All for profit. This is why laws exist. Disgusting people like this. He should be ashamed of himself. And I can’t wait to hear what his defence is in court.
