I would not rent from these people . After being approved for an apartment paying deposit ,having Bill's transfered and getting insurance which they all said had to be done . Went to sign lease and because they did not read application properly and look at what animals we had . When we truthfully told them they said we could not move in giving us 2 weeks to find another place . Also sent them to much money for last month they did not even bring it to our attention because what was listed was more then actual rent . They gave us deposit back but nothing for the insurance that we had to get and pay 2 months up front . Seems that there is no communication one is doing one thing while others are doing something completely different . I would not even give them a 1 . I could understand if I lied on my application but was not the case they just did not read it properly.

This is a great property management company who responds quickly to each question and works diligently to come up with the right solution for tenants. They understand how to properly manage a property for the owner and work with the owner to come up with the best solutions for both the owner and tenant. They ensure payments are made on time and are diligent to check on properties and make sure it is well taken care of. If you’re looking for someone responsible and fair then you want this company.

I would recommend this property management company if you are a lazy tenant who does not care about maintenance or follow up. I have to call them frequently to get my neighbour's lawn cut. They must never inspect the property because it has a lot of garbage on it. I called in November to get the gate fixed and it's still swinging during a wind storm.

They like to test the waters. They do no repairs, and when you file with LTB, they play around with bad faith evictions. I forsee them getting a huge fine for this. Hope they go out of business pronto. Kelly and Eli Milenkoff are evil "people." But they will get their karma. Since they seen uneducated on what karma is - it is the universal energies balancing naturally. It's the way the universe works. And seeing there are a plethora of other poor reviews, I am not the only one they have harmed, so they are accumulating a lot of negative karma, also known as spiritual equity.

Good experience. Those giving negative reviews are the same tenants that skip out on their rent and have to be evicted or want a mansion for nothing. Service is professional and responsive. I would recommend them to others.

Have been using them to manage my properties for the past 4 years. Definitely one of the best property management companies out there. They always respond to tenants in a timely manner, providing myself (the owner) zero headaches. Their fees are very fair, considering the excellent service they provide. If there are any repairs required, it is done in a timely manner, and units also get rented in a timely manner. I have had absolutely no issues with them in the last 4 years, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their properties in the Niagara region.

Brick Properties is the most caring, informative and professional company I’ve rented with. They have the most incredible tenant portal that even I can use on my phone or tablet. They have auto pay for FREE to allow me to pay my rent stress free and on time. I can do everything on my phone from the comfort of my couch which has really helped during these trying times. They have a very strict application and require detailed information for choosing tenants but it makes all the sense with all the scammers and irresponsible tenants out there today.

So brick properties has been managing where I live at 109 Niagara street for about 8 months now. Iv yet to evan meet someone yet in person. Has anyone else had problems contacting them in an emergency and all u can do is send a email and wait like really what if it's a elderly person has to do this they would have no idea the systems should be changed its not safe don't like that. I called their fire and flood emergency #and couldn't evan get through to anyone my door has been broken for over a year and yet to be fixed list goes on enough of me they havnt done much execpt take my money
