We first met Landon at an open house he was selling. Upon striking up a conversation about the then real estate market in K-W, we immediately knew Landon would be our agent. And meeting Cindy-lou sealed the deal. They are very personable, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Landon and Cindy-lou sold our townhomes and helped us purchase our family home a few years ago. We reengaged them to sell our mother’s house in June. We relocated to Kitchener and lived here for nearly a year, when we decided we wanted to buy a house. We went to several open houses, when we met Landon. During the casual conversation at the open house, we felt comfortable discussing our plans. I was worried in the beginning, about finding a new local agent. We already had an agent from Mississauga who also become our friend, and she helped us find a home when we moved to Mississauga. When we needed to find a new agent in KW, we wanted to make sure we had chemistry and that we could trust them. It wasn't easy. Landon and Cindy-lou worked so hard to find a house that we could call home, went above and beyond with their services, and gave us advice and input for any situation that we encountered during this journey.
