If I could give them 0, I would. Seems like a place for hiring incompetent and unethical people. We dealt with Jeremy Crawford who was the agent for the sellers of a house that we purchased. He assisted them in hiding mould in the attic and other damages around the house. I am in the process of filing a complaint with RECO against him and now, we are suing his clients. So, if you wish to hire incompetent agents who lack the ethics and the morals to give their clients the right advice and would result in you getting sued, Peak Realty is the place for you, otherwise stay away from this place.

Matt Pfaff was dismissive to us as buyers and was distracted while we toured the house both times. He was slow to answer emails and was unwilling to look into questions we had for the sellers. I don't like giving poor reviews but if I was the seller I would be upset knowing the level of service he offers. However, upon seeing this review he made an effort to apologize which shows a better level of service.

Marc Armstrong will say or do anything to get what he wants. I have never met a real estate agent who will lie as much as he will. Says one thing does another lies about commission doesn't discuss it and works hand in hand with his bandit buddies Paul Kelly. If I could leave a zero I would. My realtor, Met Dziak and his wife Agnes Dziak. comes into my apartment without 24 hour notice (without ANY notice) to show people the place. He did not fix the mold behind my toilet during my entire year long stay. I live on the ground level, my bedroom window facing the street, and the whole year, the window did not lock. The entire building has ant problems and ants crawl through the floor boards and through holes in the wall. My roommate has been to the doctor after breathing in Raid, since he refused to take action. He will not take your concerns seriously. He refuses to spend money on necessary repairs and maintenance. I have contacted Bylaw & the Tribunal Board because he does not follow the law.

She was very thorough, knowledgeable and even had a flashlight to look into "hard-to-reach" corners. WANDA GUZOWSKI refuses to negotiate prices and extended the 24 hour irrevocable arbitrarily with out informing us the buyers. She was rude and unresponsive in her replies to us and our realtor, and almost seemed as if she's trying to stop us from buying the house she's selling by changing various conditions originally described on the house info page. She may not be wrong legally in her actions, her conducts are unfitting of some one working in a profession and calls her self a professional. There seemed to be no code, no morals to her actions and I am extremely disappointed with what happened. I will not be choosing Peak or her in the future.
