I can honestly say Jim is the best relator I have ever worked with. We had to move from the States to Canada last year and by chance we ran into Jim at the Remax office. He was incredibily good to us and managed to find a house with our criterea, even though our wish list removed 80% of the housing stock in the area that we were looking in. The whole searching aspect of house hunting which can be horribly stressful, especially when you are doing it under the kind of time constraint that we had, was utterly removed by Jim.
