Working with Heather made it extremely easy and she helped us land our first dream home in just 10 days. Heather offers a curated house hunting experience where she'll listen to your wants, needs, likes, and dislikes and suggest properties that fits your criteria. Her market knowledge and research is spot on and that can help in knowing the actual value of the house versus the list price. (houses are grossly under listed in a competitive market) Heather is super professional, highly responsive and she's not lying when hours on Google says "Open 24 hours" ???? I would say look no further if you are looking for a realtor in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area and beyond.
