If you are planing to sell your house or purchase one I highly recommend @emanuelcatana He is absolutely a professional and did such an amazing job. So what happened was, we went to see a beautiful house in Stratford and I just looked at my realtor and said I really wanted that house and asked him to do his best to get it. Later we found out that there were around 15 offers on that house. At that time I thought we didn’t have much chance because lots of people were interested in that property but Emanuel did his magic and of course made it happen. Now I am a happy home owner .
