OUTSTANDING!!! We hired Brett to help us find a property, we had certain criteria but were open to areas. We did a lot of our searches ourselves through MLS and drive-bys and if they passed that test we asked Brett to take us through but none of them seemed to tick all the boxes. He suggested one property that we had seen on MLS but we didn’t think it was right for us and he encouraged us to take a look anyway because he thought it would tick a lot of our boxes and thank goodness we did because it was absolutely perfect for us and ended up being our dream house. He is so good at reading his clients, he knew what we were looking for better than we knew ourselves! Unfortunately someone else thought it was the perfect house too because someone else put in an offer the same time as us but Brett did a fantastic job of negotiating for us and got the house for us!!! Once we had an accepted offer he helped us navigate "taking off conditions” and even arranged most of it for us which was a huge relief as this was all very new to us since we hadn’t bought a property in many years. Once that was done we then of course had to quickly list our house and he set us up with all the right people to take photos, stage, and prep our home for sale and our house sold in just over a month during a very slow market. Even though it was a quiet time (summer season) we had many viewings due to his expert marketing and he provided us with feedback after each showing which we found so helpful. He not only met but far exceeded all of our expectations, we highly recommend Brett Cooper for buying or selling real estate, you won’t be disappointed!
