Nik Roughton listed and sold our house in less then 2 weeks. The day before conditions were to be lifted the deal fell through. Nik was busy on the phone because before he phoned us to tell us the bad news he had already found another buyer with another offer. Much to our surprise our current bank told us that mobile homes older than 10 years were no longer eligible for standard mortgages. Welcome future nik fans! I dont know where to start. We have hired nik 3 times now and have been extremely happy with him every time. We met nick trying to buy our future retirement home. We looked around and told him that we liked the first one however the price was 50,000 to high. (Things seem to get done around nick). In about a month after stopping looking nik called us up and said the house we liked had come down 50,000 and would we like to look at it again. Call a done deal right there. When we were thinking of selling our home we called nik and he started the process of getting an excellent photographer in there. Even got an arial view with a drone. Did I mention yet that nik only charges 3% across the board. Yes that means you save 4000 on his fees from most realtors and he spares no expense like the photos. The third house was my mother inlaws house and even though he had allready spent the money was spent on pictures the house was realistically sold before it hit the MLS. Did I mention that buyer and seller on all our deals were very happy. He made it a very enjoyable experience and yet profitable. I would highly recommend nik to anybody buying or selling a house.
