Jessica helped us buy a beautiful home in Coldstream, BC during an international move in the midst of a global pandemic. Despite the stressful circumstances, she was always positive, super responsive, supportive, and intensely hard-working. I first met Jessica about 9 months ago, February 2020. I was super eager to buy a house but then COVID-19 hit... I was hesitant to continue looking for a couple months. A few months ago my husband and I didn't know anything about home ownership. We'd rented apartments for 6-7 years and were ready to move on, but didn't know where to start. We got in touch with Jessica (by chance), and about 2 weeks later we'd decided on a house that we LOVE and now live in!
