As first-time homebuyers for a military move, we were lucky to have Stéphanie as our real estate agent. Throughout the entire experience, she was able to guide us through the process, answer questions (she was very patient with all of our questions!), and alleviate some of the stresses that come with buying a house. Stéphanie went above and beyond - we wanted to replace some carpeting with vinyl, and not only did she recommend us a contractor for flooring, but also helped us choose the vinyl, and coordinated with the contractors on our behalf. Choosing a realtor is an important decision when buying a house, and we are certainly happy that we went with Stéphanie. She is very knowledgeable about both Quinte real estate and houses in general - she has taught us lots of tips (dos/donts) that we will be sure to put in practice for future moves! As a bonus, she is perfectly bilingual and is able to work with you in English or French - whichever language you feel more comfortable in.
