My husband and I worked with Hillary in June 2020. We only had 5 days in the area to a find a house and we did! Hillary was great to work with and was very available to us for those 5 days. She also provided some helpful information about next steps after the house closed. She also presented an offer with conditions and at asking price and she got both ;) Thanks again Hillary!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. I recently found the need and desire to purchase some land. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that gave me a variety of suggestions that really did not fit with what I was looking for. Then I found Hillary Robert. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several weeks, Hillary has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a “lot”, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. We found a piece of land that was perfect, however it was not in her area so she hooked me up with a colleague of hers at this point they both worked diligently to towards closing the deal what impressed me the most in regards to Hillary is that even though she really didn't have any investment in going further, she kept following up and checking on things until it was completed. In fact, she still doing it now as we do not close for another 3 weeks I now consider Hillary a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for land or a new home. I can't recommend Hillary enough if you are moving to Trenton. We bought a house virtually in this crazy market and could never have done it without her. She listened to us, gave us sound advice and all the needed recommendations for inspection, lawyers, etc. She made us feel like we were her only clients (actually 1 of the 4 that made offers that week if I remember right.) Thank you for everything!

Hillary is everything you want in a realtor. She has amazing response times, stayed on top of everything, is knowledgeable about this crazy competitive market, provided referrals for lawyers, trades etc. and found me a place that I can call home (with an amazing view to boot!) Buying a house while living in a different city is daunting and you can imagine what moving from a large city to the country must be like. Hillary was patient (3+month search every weekend with multiple viewings) and shared her knowledge of all things foreign to me - from septic tanks to wells! She even offered to dig the hole to the septic tank lid - now that is dedication!

Buying a house is difficult in the best of times. Buying a house during a pandemic adds to an already high stakes situation. Having to go through multiple offer situations, working with Hillary was great! Having already had a terrible & high pressure experience working with another realtor, we found & switched to Hillary and our experience immediately changed. Hillary was incredibly patient, was very knowledgeable, responded to our questions quickly and did not add unnecessary pressure to the process of buying our house. Hillary didn't devalue what was important to us in the buying process, she didn't show us homes that didn't check all our boxes. She made us feel like we were the priority, and not just out to make a sale. Hillary added a personal touch that we had not experienced in the buying process.
