Living here is lovely only because of the Neighborhood. It is safe and all the residents are great. **Read below, updates**
Capriet, the park management is a complete joke. You pay premium lot land lease fees. In winter the road maintenance is less than sub par, has become treacherous for walking because of lack of care. In the Summer the grass in the public grass areas are not kept. Grass grows way too long, and when they do cut, they whip through it so fast that the cut is poor. Grass clippings are left to mold and looks messy and unkept. Breeding ground for fleas and ticks.
The park administration has favouritism of tenants and will attempt to make life ignorant for those they don't like.
December 19th, 2021 update, photos included;
Once again residents are lovely, park Management is getting worse. Winter Road maintenance excelling to their lowest.
Roads are a complete icefield which require sand salt mix to be spread. Attempted to walk my dog with a neighbour, and she fell down from slipping on the ice.
****Jan 17, 2022 update****
The entire park was trapped, the main and only entrance was blocked by large snow drifts caused by hwy2 snow plows. Snow removal did not begin till after 9am. God forbid there may have been a medical or any emergency. Not first responders would have been able to get in. Capriet staff were no where to be found that day.

While Ontario regulations allow a landlord to enter between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM after giving 24-hour notice, legislation requires that the actual window be “reasonable.”Nov 9, 2020
They do not follow at all the above Landlord rule. At all, whatsoever. Total breach of your privacy. Trespassing is what it is called when that rule is not followed which is a punishable crime.
