Very unprofessional at price ranging and sounds quite unreasonable with uncertain prices cause they cost too much for people with low-income and minimum wage workers and disabled kinds. Ask for too much for 1 bedroom. almost costs 1000$ for the lower incomes for minimum wage you'd practically need someone to live with you for having either minimum wage or having low income.. that leaves you with 100-150$ spending..... to live on your own.. This is unprofessional living arrangements.

I would give it 5 stars when I moved in at first, then last year (2020, 2019) things went to 4 stars. Lately, 2021, things have gone to 3 stars, if I'm being generous. Because the landlord, and rent, plus utilities, has been very difficult. On the plus side, the area has been mostly safe, and the units have been comfortable and roomy.

They're really cooperative, the manager is really helpful and the apartments are affordable and clean with parking included and they're closer to all the restaurants, shopping centers just walking distance to walmart, tims, and safeway. Best in Thompson. Thank you!

I lived in one of the Nickel Buildings. One of the best location in town. Good on site maintenance and management support. Highly Recommended if safety is your priority!

I rented the apartments in one of the Nickel Road buildings. First of all, expect property manager or maintenance come in to your place without even letting you know. I asked them couple times not to enter my apartment without me, but my request was ignored. Second of all, I was waiting for 2 month to get my security deposit back($560). If I won't be that determined about getting this money back, I am pretty sure I wouldn't get them. I was calling and emailing them every other day and you can't imagine how many marbles I lost. You will never be able to get ahold of them, only after calling and emailing 10 times you may get some response. Other than that, they charged me a cleaning fee($70) which was not discussed before and not mentioned in the agreement. Before moving out I made sure the place was clean and approved by the previous property manager. They are unprofessional, not responsive and my personal suggestion is to find anything else, but not this place.
