Absolutely terrible. They were so unresponsive and difficult to deal with during my apartment search. From the time I sent in my rental application, it was a month and a half before they gave me a virtual tour of the apartment. Despite providing references, talking to my boss, and offering to provide pay stubs, they didn't believe I worked at my current workplace. They said people lie on their applications and they couldn't trust my supervisor which is absolutely ridiculous. I've never encountered such an arduous and suspicious rental agency in all my life. They refused when I asked for an in-person viewing and wouldn't reply to e-mails for days, sometimes weeks. They tried to steer me to look at a different apartment even though I made it very clear I was only interested in a specific one. The worst part is this company has a monopoly in the area in that they own almost every single rental unit. They are extremely rude and dismissive. If you have the option, avoid like the plague!
