Listen to me, take what I say with very low expectations. These buildings are run very poorly and I would strongly recommend you STAY AWAY from the property!! It takes many weeks to months to get anything done in the apartments in the long run it will just be a massive headache and take the enjoyment out of living there. Also if your working there be prepared to work 24/7 which makes life very unenjoyable.
