I have to give a big shout out to our amazing realtor Tanya VandenBerg - Realtor Broker! Tanya is super knowledgeable, quick to return messages/calls (and let’s be honest, I had many, many questions), she’s ultra personable, and most importantly, she’s amazing at her job! In September she sold our apartment building in literally a couple days with multiple offers. A couple weeks ago, she walked us through putting an offer on our lakefront home in a multiple offer situation. We were super nervous about overpaying but also didn’t want to lose out on the home. Her analysis of the market, along with her professional advice, allowed us to make a competitive offer without overpaying for the home and ultimately resulted in us buying our dream home! Finally, she listed our family home which resulted in many, many showings over five days and 11 offers! Not only that, the accepted offer is the highest a home has ever sold for in our entire subdivision! Amazing work!! She has literally made our dreams come true! We can’t thank you enough!

I used Tanya as my real estate agent for about 4 months in search of my first home. I am not impressed with the service that was provided to me. Yes Tanya is a very nice friendly person. Yes Tanya made herself available to show me houses but that's all she was there for. For me being someone who knows very little about what to look for in regards to the condition of the home, I would have liked someone who had more insight to share with me. She would not help by pointing out potential problems with the homes. When putting offers on houses, Tanya would not give her professional opinion as to the value of the home (not even a ballpark so I can make a good offer); I had to go in based on what I thought of the home with little to no guidance. Tanya was basically there to let me in and that's it. Needless to say, I switched realtors and got a much better experience.
