Stephan Villeneuve is by far the best realestate agent I've yet to meet. Whether or not I make on an offer on his current property, I will surely use and recommend Stephan to anyone looking to buy a home or commercial property within 2.5 hrs from Sudbury. Stephan responded promptly to my inquiry, sent needed paper work, contacted the local township for zoning information, drove 1hr 30 min to meet me on site in Spanish Ontario, AND walked the majority of the 50 acre property with me from road allowance to waters edge.
