I just moved into my apartment at 25 Kappele Circle. The apartment was on the upper end of what I wanted to pay when I moved out as I am lower income but when I first saw the apartment I knew that I would be more then happy to pay the extra fees. There have been a few complaints, (can't imaging it being possible for that to not be the case) such as when the fire alarm continued to go off because it needed to be replaced and the CO2 detector in the boiler room which is next to my bedroom was going off because IT needed to be replaced. Working midnight's this really was not a good thing for me as it was bad for my sleep schedule. There's also been a lot of trouble this winter with the excessive snow fall, whoever is hired to plow the area has ended up piling it up in almost a third of the parking lot, making it hard to get out of certain areas when you want to leave and making it so a number of people cannot get to the parking spots. Apart from that you get a very, and I mean VERY spacious home for the price. They are very welcoming to pets, which can be really rare nowadays, and the people who work here in the office are incredibly kind and accommodating! I would recommend to anyone I know that this is a very good place to move. It's so nice that I would rather live here and commute my hour to work then to live anywhere else.

We just moved to 15 Kappele Circle, Stratford this month...I must say from the first minute we met Tanya Hefkey till the minute we moved in, we have felt so welcomed, Tanya was there to answer any and every question I had...and still have... The apartment was way beyond our expectation...They are beautiful and SOOO large...I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

My roommate and myself have been living here for 2 years, and we have had a great experience living here. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and cozy, rent is very reasonable. We felt at home very quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient, and work hard to maintain cleanliness. Technical problems are sorted out quickly and in a timely manner often within a day by the awesome maintenance man Jeff. Good neighbours, and the walls block a surprising amount of sound. Allowing you to enjoy your entertainment without worry of being a bother. Recently they built a brand new gazebo outside, which will be great to use for summer time activities. A great place to live and call home.

I have been in this building for four years now and have only the highest praise for the location, the apartment itself is excellent, spacious, quiet and nicely appointed, the building is kept spotless and is always fresh and clean, Jeff, our Maintenance person is forever busy with his chores, but remains cheerful and helpful and takes a moment to inquire how things are. We have a number of older tenants here and he's great with them. Repairs are handled promptly and the work is extremely well done. Both tenants and staff make this one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Great spot!!

Do not rent at this place. Super shady. always an issue and no one ever cared to fix it. but they'll never return money owed to you and try to over charge you.

I love how quick the maintence is taken care of in my building at 25 Keppele Cirlce and the previous building that I lived in that was also own by the clv group. I especially like jeff the maintence head and claudia. Both are exceptional at what they do. There is also a very nice and brand new patio built just here at my building which will be very nice in the summer. I also love how how interactive the staff is with tenants and how nice they are.

Tom and I have lived here for 2 years we like it very much Jeff is always willing to fix things when needed and the girls in the office are also very friendly everyone in the building speaks when meeting them in the halls have enjoyed living here the last 2 years and hope to be here many more Tom and I think it was very nice what you did for St Patrick's day

We have just signed our lease to rent a 2 bedroom apartment here at Kappele. We are very excited to move into this building. The leasing consultant Michele has been great. Very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased by the cleanliness of the building. We haven't had a lot of contact with Jeff but the one thing we asked about was resolved very quickly. The apartment has been freshly painted and carpeted. I appreciate the bright white that the kitchen cupboards have been painted. Makes it feel like its almost new. I also really like the feeling that this building is a community not just an apartment building. There are pictures in the common hallways which tells me that the tenants feel that this is their home and respect the common spaces. I am sure we will enjoy living here and look forward to our move in day.

Current Resident

Plumbing issue plague certian apartments in this building. Sewer back up in the tub in twice in 2 days and again 4 months before that. Don't risk it and just don't move in here especially on the ground floor and when the issue happens you get every ones poop in your tub.

Bob and I have been residents for over 10 years and really like it here. CLV has made many improvements, the best being our maintenance supt. Jeff Hutchison, who is the very best we have ever had. Jeff is great to deal with as he is always polite, interested in your problem and exceeding quick to put the problem right in a most timely manner. The office staff is also very professional. The conservation area with the little stream behind the building is beautiful and the kiddy park is adjacent for our grandchildren. The apartments are somewhat larger here than most other buildings in Stratford and the rental rates are under government controls so they have remained stable. Our neighbours are also wonderful and very quiet.

I have been living at 25 Kappele Circle for two years now. The building is clean, up to date and well maintained. I have always found all staff, especially Jeff to be very friendly and hard working. I have found that maintenance requests are always dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great apartment building package.

My other half and I are over the moon happy with our new apartment. Arranging a viewing and the whole process was made unbelievably easy due to their flexible schedule. For very busy people they make the time to stay in contact and make sure they have all the details looked after so you can have peace of mind and enjoy your new home. Incredibly clean upon move in, updated appliances (at least in our unit) not a single issue with it whatsoever. Its still sinking in that this amazing place is my home. Its safe, quiet, very clean outside thanks to the pet waste bag and bin are located just feet from the buildings entrance making your life that much easier and convenient for both you and fellow tenants. Keeping the place clean is a snap. Laundry on site means I get to enjoy more time with my wifey and pups. Jenn was an incredible help. Very upbeat, positive, an absolute delight to deal with. I highly recommend CLV Groyp. Clean, safe, peaceful. In other words. You're home. Thank you so much Jenn for making the whole process remarkably easy. You and your team are absolutely incredible and don't let anyone tell you different lol.

Have been living here for almost a year now, this is the first place I have had absolutely no problems at all, the management is great the super is awesome and the security really gives peace of mind, with a underground parking lot gym and games room this location is ideal for just about anyone, I don't plan on moving for a long time.

We are so happy with our move to Park Place Suites a year and a half ago. The staff, old and new, have made us feel welcome in the time we've been here. Jaimie makes everyone feel welcome. Rick and Simone work beyond anyone's expectations (I hope) to keep the building looking great!! We love our view, the lack of noise and that we feel like part of the Park Place family. we are happy with our unit that we are living in. All though we are some what unhappy with the way things are delt with the snow piles built up. These are making it harder for certain people to park in their spaces that they were assigned when they moved in. Certain people have been resorting to parking in places that no one is using because of this we are hoping that this is delt with soon. Other then that no complaints at this time. I love my one bedroom apartment at Kappele! When I moved in I was told by Lorrie that I could have my own garden since I was on the ground floor and since then I have enjoyed every moment of having it! Also our Supers are fantastic! You can really tell that Rick and Simonne actually care about their job and the people they help. I never have to worry about repairs because if there ever is any to do I know they're going to be done right the first time. Also when I moved in the place was so clean you could have eaten off the floor. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience :)

I've lived at 25 kappele circle since October and it is one of the best if not the best building I have lived in. The office staff is friendly, the maintenance guy Jeff is awesome and gets to issues in a very timely manner if not the same day the issue arises he is there the next. The secure entry is a great feature and they also have underground parking and a exercise room as well. The building is very quiet I work midnights and am on the top floor with neighbors on both sides and underneath me and I do not get disturbed or even hear them ever. The building is pet friendly which is very hard to find in Stratford. I would suggest this place to my friends and anyone looking to relocate to the Stratford area.

Good customer care/rental agent team, very clean building (although apartment unit itself needed a clean by us upon move in), good renovations, spacious three bedroom unit, new appliances and friendly staff (as well as friendly tenants). Everyone is more than willing to help out around this building, and everyone has been accommodating as well. (We have a baby, and needed access to the accessible lift which was no problem). Very secure and safe building as well. We have had a good experience with this building and the management so far! *edited: have lived here since June 2018 and is now February 2019. Rent price is ridiculous for the lack of maintenance, cleanliness and work done around the building. Our apartment wasn’t even cleaned properly, and still smells like urine from the past owner and never having been cleaned properly.

Management has gotten really bad over the years. They used to care now its clear all they care about is collecting the money from you and don't care to be available for issues. The maintenance staff are the only good thing about this place everything else is pretty bad.

I recentley moved in, thus far one of my best experiences renting to date. The staff were quite helpful and honest showing us the apartment. A Quiet and clean building not to mention pet friendly! Which is what the Mrs, and i were looking for. I would recommend this building in a heartbeat. All settled in and loving it!

This place was the worst experience of my life. They still owe us referral money from over a year ago. (They said it was not an essential payable). The water pressure is awful. We complained about our babies room smelling like smoke and they did nothing about it. The neighbours complained and still nothing. Trying to get in contact with office staff is next to impossible. When we first moved in the place was filthy. Any 5 star reviews are blatant lies. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money!

Jaimie and his co-worker Joel at CLV made the process of selecting and renting a unit very easy. This was my first experience in renting an apartment, and they were both very patient about answering all of my questions and responding to me promptly. I would recommend CLV apartments to anyone looking for a new home- my unit is recently renovated and nicer than any of the other apartment buildings I viewed. I am having a great time living here. I find that the staff are easy to get along with and whenever I see them they are always keeping busy. They are also quick to fix any issues that may come up. I love the location with many trees surrounding the building, a creek, playground and an outdoor social gazebo. The tenants that live here are very pleasant. It's a great place to be!
