Very bad experience! Sandrine Cynthia Gaudreau is not a good Broker who has betrayed my trust! I let her to also be my Broker and she promised me to pay for the notary fees and then she recommended a notary to me! But when I almost finished the deal, she refused to pay this fees and never showed up! She only cares the commission! The house I bought has pyrite 51, then after inspection foundation problem! I need to pay the utilise bills and taxes when the house was still occupied! All things not help for the purchase she won’t explain to me clearly! In order to close the purchase as earlier as possible, she even told me I cannot change another bank for loans and tried to many many excuses to try to persuade me! But all my other friends told me I have rights to compare the loans rates so I insisted to change another bank! I only met her 3 times and I don’t want to meet her in the rest of my time! Very disappointed to have such an bad experience!
