My experience with Brown....BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a house using an agent from Brown's Realty. This agent was also the seller. Later I found out that this agent even did work on the home before selling it and was aware of issues with it. I used this agent and he failed to represent me and disclose such problems even when asked. When talking with Broker Bill, he too did not do as he said he would to look into the matter. Be careful people.
