5 minutes "running" from room to room just to take pictures, 452$ paid and an appraisal with 20 K difference from other 2 reliable sources. When they were approached about the difference their answer meant to make us feel like crooks because they have "standards and ethics". If someone has nothing else to spend money on, this "Ethical" company is a good money collector.

This appraisal company like most do not work for you, they work for the mortgage company(even though you pay for their service) Try getting a copy of the appraisal. They under value your property to the advantage of the mortgage company so that the investor has no risk. The whole system is flawed, what your property is worth (on the market) has nothing to do with an appraisal from this or any other "appraisal" company.

Spent 20 minutes tops and priced our home at the same price as an outdated home half the size up the street which is 60grand LESS than our broker suggested.... we were told to get another appraisal because that's how dissatisfied we all are with it.

I've read the appraisal reviews for this company. Our experience with this company as the buyer was positive. We purchased a home in Simcoe and needed a quick appraisal done before the timeline was up. B showed up in less than 48 hours and completed the appraisal report in record time. We were not expecting the appraisal to be the amount we offered for the home but was pleasantly surprised that it was a perfect appraisal start to finish. I think those satisfied with this company haven't written their reviews. I was saddened to see such a professional company have such angry reviews. I guess many write negative reviews and rarely take the time for praise. Thank you B for your hard work! We have moved into our new home and can't be happier. You helped make this happened. Stay well and keep working with the ethical standards and professional practice that you do. Your appraisals are also very affordable. Northern communities charge double.

I had the bank send these guys out to do an appraisal so we could refinance and they appraised our property a 200k less then what we sold it for a few months later. And they were over 100k less then the other 2 appraisers.
