(Original) Des vols de boite au lettre depuis plus d'un an (1 à 2 vol par mois minimum) et le propriétaire ne prend aucune mesure pour corriger la situation. Ils ne viennent même plus réparer les boite au lettre après les vols. La porte du logement n'est jamais barré. Des boites au lettre vielles de plus de 30 ans. Aucun investissement pour assurer la sécurité des locataires. Par contre, le propriétaire a augmenté le loyer de 100 $ de plus par mois cet année. Comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos 4 boites au lettre sur 6 qui ont été forcé sans aucune mesure de prise par le propriétaire après plus d'un an que ça dure.
