A very professional real estate brokerage with a gentleman as the leader. I have had the pleasure having Tom along with his team represent my home purchase and my home sale for a few times now. Recently, I had been looking for a home which took years to actually materialize. Tom patiently worked with my schedule to view dozens and dozens of homes over the years regardless of weekends or holidays. He has always been available to take my calls and messages and never once showed any frustration. He truly wants to look after his clients and makes sure that they are happy. That is the definition of professionalism and service which I have rarely seen. He never once pressured me to make a purchase and waited for me to make my own decision regardless of the market. Specifically, I recently purchased a new home which Tom helped secure a deal for. He was prompt and understood what was needed to secure the deal. Even though I was ready to pay more, Tom made sure that I didn't overpay and saved me $50K. Who else will do that? If you want to sell your home or purchase a new one don't waste your time with Agents or brokers who are pushy and use fear/pressure tactics during an emotional time. Just reach out to Tom and his team and relax; they have you covered!!!

For the past 3 years, we had been looking to buy our family home as we had outgrown our condo. Over the years, we were never able to find a clear path to purchase our new home. During our search we stumbled upon Tom Joseph Team (TJ Team) and got a call from Rahim, a team member. It is one phone call we’re glad we answered. During our initial conversation with Rahim, he took the time to understand our needs and long term goals within real estate and educated us on how it would be possible for us to purchase our home. During the initial TJ Team visit, Tom took it upon himself to educate us on the process of establishing our budget, understanding the current selection in the market and their team’s role in making this a positive experience. The conversations with both Rahim and Tom were the most helpful information we had received during our search. We started visiting homes with Rahim and through the whole process he was able to advise us on what were the pros and cons of each property. Through the whole process he was proactive and refined the listings, so we only saw houses that met our wish list. After a few outings, Rahim understood exactly what we were looking for in a house and was able to find us a house that not only checked all the boxes, but our family fell in love with and are lucky to call our home. A true testament to his ability to work with his clients to find them the most optimal solution for their real estate needs. His negotiation skills and understanding of the market were excellent, allowing us to get the best possible deal and even closing under asking. After buying the house, Rahim was there to guide us through every step of the home buyers process and answer any and all questions we had leading up to our closing date. Rahim was truly just a phone call away. The Education process went far beyond the purchase of our home. Tom, Rahim and the team, also helped guide us through the whole process of being first time landlords and steps we needed to take to find the right tenant for our existing property. Tom went above and beyond to help us answer any questions that we had about leasing and was available through the entire long weekend to make sure our unit was rented out as soon as possible.
