Listen everybody, stop searching, you found Vanessa and Joe. They are your realtors! We are a first time buyers with a bit of debt and low mortgage credit. They were able to walk us through the whole process, literatelly hand by hand. Joe experience with his previous job help tremendously. Vanessa knows what she is taking about. Vanessa has been nothing short of an amazingly outstanding Agent in the sale of our investment property. Being that this was our Son's first investment, and having gone through a bitter experience previously with tenant issues and attempts to sell, with another agent and broker, she proved to be a beacon of light, especially in a down-turned challenging market. Initially, the property was vacant after tenants left with a different agent and brokerage and we were convinced to pay hefty costs to stage the house, which did not yield a sale over a 90 day period. The house was then de-listed for several more months, with mortgage payments, property taxes and utility bills being paid out each month.
