The agent I worked with was actually very nice and courteous, and I enjoyed working with him. But the agent did not really understand my particular needs, and offered assurances about the building that were not true. I would hope from my realtor that s/he would take more of an effort to deliver accurate information pertinent to my needs, rather than simply show up and unlock the property door. That is what I would trust a realtor with. The agent's supervisor was extremely rude when I contacted him explaining my ultimate dissatisfaction with the service and disappointed in the assurances made that were not delivered. I was solely blamed for the miscommunication, accused of communicating things I did not, and this supervisor threw a bunch of red herrings at me to avoid the conversation topic and shift blame onto me. I hope he was just having a bad day, but this was easily the worst customer service experience in my life. In a difficult economic period like the COVID-19 pandemic, I would hope those prospering would provide more compassion and assistance to those of us who are struggling.

Spoke with the receptionist and a very professional and polite person took my info and told me Rajeef will call me back. Rajeef called and on being told that I'd like to see a rental unit responded rudely that why didn't I ask the office to book a viewing. Assuming that I am an agent his tone was unprofessional and utterly unbecoming of a business owner dependant on polite customer service. Very disappointed in him. Even though I liked the rental place from the website there is no way I'd be dealing with a person like him

I received a call at home from an agent, he called from this number but stated he was from Royal LePage but this is a ReMax agency. Weird off the bat. He then tells me he sold a home close to mine. I politely told him I am not interested, he very abruptly hung up the phone. Obviously these people are struggling for clientel , I would be very careful dealing with this place. Please do your research before committing to these people. Sounds like they are up to no good.

Not sure if this is the location Natheesh works at, but he’s extremely unprofessional. On two separate listings when my family and I were trying to find a place to live he was the representing agent, and he didn’t want to deal with my agent (probably because he would then have to split the commission) he wouldn’t return his calls and then when I called him from my cell he would answer. Like that’s pretty shady. On top of that the listing was advertised at one price, we went to see the house, and then we tried to negotiate, he then said it’s rented out, and the listing was taken down. 24 hours later the same house was put up for a higher listing price. I don’t know if that is even legal... but all in all it was an extremely sketchy, shady, annoying, frustrating, experience trying to deal with Natheesh. I highly recommend no One deal with him.

Consider yourself warned. Do not do any business with any representative of RE/MAX Community Realty Inc. on Morningside. This Remax is corrupt and riddled with unethical behaviour. Their agents do not have your best interest in mind and they will take advantage of you. Their conflict of interest violations are so obvious. Listing agent and seller are usually co-workers so they will work out a deal that benefits them. Similar to Anik Wasim’s experience (another google reviewer), I dealt with realtors who were shady and unprofessional. I would have reported them to RECO, but they have my personal information and I’m afraid they would come after me in a malicious and criminal way. You can be sure for every 1 person that speaks against a company there are probably 50 that say nothing. Do not do any business with them. Do not buy/sell/lease anything with them. Go find a reputable Remax or realtor to handle your large purchase/asset transaction.

I had positive experiences with this brokerage in the past, but I recently received a call from the Broker Of Record where I was treated extremely poorly. The Broker does not appreciate repeat business from long-term clients and is unwilling to apologize for disrespectful and unprofessional actions. This company wasted a lot of time during my busy day and made me feel worthless.

This is a very unprofessional brokerage employing deceiving realtors as Imran Hussain. Be very careful signing any deals with this agent. The agent lies to you by locking you in for 1 year contract. Do not sign any contract with him - if your dealing with this agent do not trust a word he says - check everything especially commissions get a lawyer involved make this agent put everything in writing. This agent Imran Hussain has no idea what he is doing - he sold my home at a loss and charged high commissions . He always makes you use your car to show you listings. He cant even speak proper English let alone explain the documents. Kindly reach out to me if anyone is dealing with this agent so you don't have to go through the headache. I have already launched a complaint to real estate board about this realtor and this brokerage.

There is an Broker there of all ppl who stole my photos and word for word client remarks/listing from when I sold the listing to his client. Used word for word on my previously listing as well. Taxes were two years old didn't add anything new. :(
