When I was looking for the right people to sell my property being in a complicated situation, I came across Uthayan at Pyramid Group. Well I have to say in our first meeting/consultation Uthayan was not at all pushy about the fact that I had to go ahead with him to sell my house. He was sure to say if I wasn't happy with the services in the 2 weeks of time that I can cancel the contract with them at no cost. I took that word and I went ahead with him. Uthayan had a plan and schedules in place to execute the various stages of selling a property in the most ethical way. He was on schedule and on time with everything. He facilitated minor renovations with our approvals at very reasonable costs first. He would instantly provide with the updates on anything. I worked with his staging team and they were such amazing people to work with, and they did a good job. As this was a tough selling due to the value of the property being over 1.2 mill he made sure it went smoothly from beginning till the end. We sold our house and bought one from this company agent. But I am very much regretting about my choice, I had horrible experience and they made me to realize I chose a bad team. I wouldn't use this team anymore or believe on them. They under valued my house too low and told me doing that we will get more attraction and will get multiple offers, but nothing went the way we wanted made us frustrated and staged a situation to make us sell and under valued my house so much. Even called my lawyer to take position against us and do favor to buyers request. My lawyer in-fact asked me, where did you find these unprofessional team, they only care about their commission not about you. All reason we work with a realtor to get better professional consultation. and save hard earned money with their experience. Don't expect these from this team. Their motivation just to get their commission as sooner they could. They request us to upgrade to get more value but we end up getting less than we had offered before renovations. They have their own group of people take care various works like Painters, interior designers, cleaners and movers. They in-fact told me they need to keep getting work for their group of people in order to keep them in their team. Lately I realized they wanted to renovate our house not to get us more money, just to make them more money and work. Very cunningly trapped us with their marketing skills . My lost is a lesson but it too big, just to let it go. Also don't want others to experience the same. I do really appreciate people who work hard in very honest way. But this is very unfortunate to leave a negative feedback first time. I won't even give a single star but it's the least google allow. I am planning to buy another house NEVER WORK WITH THIS GROUP EVER OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

To be honest I sold my house with Kumar a while back now, although I wanted to drop a review for the hard work he did in order to sell my home and find a home. I also loved how Kumar and his brothers would work together for example I sometimes wanted to go see homes while my house was hosting an open house, and Kumar said give me one second and got his brother to cover the open house while he was showing me houses, and that's what I call time flexibility. Also Kumar knew exactly what to spend our money on to get the most return, for example he told me most people like a home done and ready instead of them doing it their self. So we got my basement finished, walls freshly painted, kitchen and washroom done, spent about 50 thousand but in return got 122 thousand back after comparing it to my neighbours house with the exact same model.
