I am very disappointed with how the seller's agent, Mr. Andy LeBlanc, from this agency handled things. This was not my first home buying experience, but it was by far much worse than my last. Closing was scheduled for a Monday, and I arrived from very far out of town the day prior only to find out that closing would be postponed until Thursday or Friday due to the fact that the seller's side did not have their paperwork straight. This caused delays with my lender finalizing everything. This trend was consistent throughout the entire process, where myself, my lender and my agent were on top of everything that had to be done, and then we sat and waited for the seller and seller's agent to keep things moving. Several times multiple followups had to be done just to keep things moving due to negligence on the seller's side,. This included the fact that they didn't even provide the right address to mail paperwork to! I ended up having to stay in a hotel far longer than planned, and make several trips to the title company to complete closing due to the lack of initiative and timeliness from the seller's side of things. Once closing was finally complete, there have been several discrepancies of things that were included in the sale as "working appliances" that have since been discovered to not be the case. I am now left with broken appliances that I must pay to discard. A major electrical casualty and undisclosed water damage including mold were uncovered the first week in the house. No one maintained the property while we were under contract which resulted in the lawn being left 18" tall that required hours of my time to clean up, and apparently no one who had been in the house knew how to replace a light bulb or turn a screwdriver. These things have added up to a frustrating experience. Mr. Andy Leblanc never came to the house once it was under contract to update the sign as such, or to mark it as sold. No updates were ever made to the online listing as well, and he has never come to pick up his sign from the yard so it still leans against the house. Stay away from Andy Leblanc and his listings.
