Highly recommended! My husband and I live overseas and decided to sell our rental house in Saskatoon. Jillian went above and beyond, dealing with all the extra hassles of the fact that we weren't there to help out. Communication was excellent, despite the inconvenient time zones and doing a lot of corresponding online. Jillian also liaised with our contractor and organized a beautiful staging. We received an offer on our house in the first 24 hours of listing and then a back up offer as well. It was officially sold seven days later. I believe this is due to Jillian's tech savvy abilities. The listing was well written, with beautiful light filled pictures, and then Jillian's calm presence during the video helped our listing stand out. Jillian then made sure our contracts were perfect and contained all the necessary details we wanted. Jillian showed a home that I've been renting that is on the market. For the past 9 months we've had people come for viewings by different realtors. Jillian was showing our house one afternoon (she left her business card on our living room table) while me and my girlfriend were away at work and this women left our door wide open after the viewing. When I got home I was greeted by a bunch of nasty bugs inside my home with my 3 cats missing. Luckily it wasn't long until we got home so they didnt wander off very far. When we contacted Jillian. Not only did we not get an apology for this lack of professionalism and losing our cats on her time. But she was very snarky in telling us it's not our place to contact her with this problem.
