My experience with Norm kicked off and continued in an unusual way because I live in the United States and everything (from start to finish) was done virtually. It may seem crazy to buy a house this way but working with Norm made it all possible and I was quite comfortable doing so. Norm was a great agent in many ways including his professionalism, his attention to detail, his excellent communication skills, his ability to use technology and his genuine concern for his clients. One final comment about Norm that separates him from other agents is his continued support AFTER our transaction was completed. Making an international move during COVID is full of challenges but Norm continues to assist with any issues that come up if he is able to assist. Having bought and sold many houses over the course of my lifetime, I can honestly say that Norm is truly an exceptional agent and person.

We were working with Scott Irwin he is an extremely reliable and very organized. We were set up with a Consultant that came in and DE-cluttered our home and helped us stage it.
