Terry Alm (Realty Executives Saskatoon) made us feel very relaxed right from the start. He figured out very quickly what we liked and didn't like which cut down our choices quickly. Very professional Mike Gauthier St. Brieux Terry Alm was recommended by my sister, although we were dealing with another agent that time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He would go beyond and out of his way to help you understand the process of home buying since we were first time home buyers. We didn't feel any pressure at all as he was very patient in understanding our needs. Although he was not physically present when we were preparing our documents in removing the conditions of sale, he handed it off to an equally capable agent - Tyler Strand. Beautiful atmosphere that can be improved upon though. Easy to access and central. Parking is a big issue. The cold does not care - be warned, dress properly! You may be parked 5 blocks away. This was a paid dinner and we were limited to choices. I did not enjoy the chicken meal. It was way too salty. I took a lemonade drink that left an after taste. I hope to have a better experience some other time, but not so soon
