When we did settle on a home to buy, he did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf, giving us wonderful insight about how to get the best price. In the end, we got the purchase price we wanted! The bottom line; over the course of four months, in the dead of winter and in a sluggish market, Ryan did a brilliant job for us. We didn't take too much less than we wanted on a sale, and got a considerably lower purchase price on our new home. That's a combination you want to get.
