He thoughtfully picked the properties for us, guided us by giving in depth information about the neighborhoods and clearly communicated about the strategy. We first met Damian when we were hooked up with him through our real estate agent in Kitchener to look at one of his listings in town. We were making the move to St Thomas to start our retirement and at that point were just causually looking at properties. We came to town on a Sunday and by Monday we were happy new St Thomas home owners with a home still that needed to be sold in Kitchener. It was stressful to say the least but our home eventually sold. We ran into a few problems as most deals do and Damian was there to help us with suggestions and referals to get through the crisis.
