They do not send your damage deposit to the rentalsmen. They also constantly request to come into your apartment because most of the buildings that they manage are slummy to rent and are constantly being investigated by the city inspector. I had over 40 viewings in my apartment during my 17 months staying with one of their properties I give them three months notice before ending my lease of one year and realize they never gave my damage deposit to the rentalsmen and were ridiculous to deal with. Taking forever to deposit my E transfer and then sending me an email telling me my rent is late when they simply just haven’t bothered to deposit because they’re unorganized. Which goes on record and makes me look like I don’t pay my rent on time which is not case it was kind of like dealing with a bunch of degenerates. All business owners stick together in this corrupt city and this is another example of those corrupt kind of business owners . Good luck to you all as they are monopolizing the city.

Everything was great at first, i lived on kingstreeteast. Then they sold my building to Irving, I thought that is all good they helped me find a new place with them. Now i should let you all know at first i wasnt the greatest at paying rent on time in full it would be 300 at the first 300 2 weeks after (not a good way to live) I then tried to find new places with them since the place they had given me was the only one i could take beacuse of what i said above but they assured me that if i payed my rent in full on time they would help me find a bigger and better place, I held up my end they sold the building i am currently living in, the landlord is very nice hes honestly done more in my apt than pomm ever did. But i applied for a new place with pomm figuring the agreement was still good since the last year with pomm i had paid rent in full on time every month, but they told me because of how i paid in the past i can no longer get a place with them. So in conclusion Pomm is a great company to rent from my experience did not sour that, but be cautious of their word.

I think that people need to realize that POMM is a property management team - meaning they do not own the building. They are not able to make major decisions without first consulting the owner of the building. I have been renting from POMM for over two years now; whenever we've had a problem, they've addressed it in a very timely manner. They have even gone above and beyond to take care of situations at which they were not responsible for, just to keep us happy and comfortable. No business is perfect, but placing blame in the wrong spot is not the way to go about it. The building that I live in is not perfect, and the only reason I haven't moved yet is because I plan on sticking with POMM when we move and there aren't any properties available at the moment that suit our needs. Thanks POMM :) We appreciate you.

They have kept my building rented with high quality paying tenants. POMM has stepped up to handle any issues, problems and maintenance. I live in Yellowknife, and managing remotely with POMM is not a worry for me. POMM is always available for my call and keeps in regular touch. They are reasonably priced and provide me with regular reports and updates. I have peace of mind with POMM. I highly recommend their services.

I live in a building owned by an out of town owner and managed by POMM. It has been dismal since they took over the building management. I would caution anyone at all against using this company. I hope to move soon and will not be renting from their buildings or not from one of their out of town landlord buildings. Also I believe their 2 positive reviews on Google+ are from local people and businesses who have a personal friendship and skewed opinion of the quality of service provided by POMM due to friendships with POMM management. In a nutshell POMM management, maintenance and service are all 1 star for a building I lived in happily before they took over its management. I have dealt with two competent people there in several years and appreciate their help so it pains me to have to write a brutal review but my warning is not unfounded. USERS BEWARE!

I rent from POMM on behalf of an out-of-town landlord. At the time of signing my lease, approx. 4 years ago, I added an addendum of items that needed to be repaired on the property. To this day there are still outstanding items not yet completed. The condition of the property when we moved in was appalling and I have felt it necessary to maintain photographic evidence and receipts to document the work we have had to perform on our own which speaks to the poor management provided by POMM. Just as there are bad tenants there are bad landlords. BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.

After discovering they had made a mistake on the lease, they told me I just needed to contact SNB and get it sorted out? They told their customer to fix a mistake they had made... I did get it sorted to ensure I got my damage deposit back in the future but it took weeks. Own up to your mistake and rectify it, don't put it on the customer to fix it.

I rented from Peace of Mind Management from October 2015 - September 2016. After inquiring about apartments, I was shown multiple rentals right away. I was shown something I was exactly looking for. The lease signing and payment arrangement was seemless. The building was secure and cleaned regularly. A slight problem with my refrigerator was fixed promptly. Catherine helped me in every step and my calls were always answered/returned promptly. I would definitely recommend this management company.
