I was lucky to meet up with Tom and Christie after dealing with a couple of different and somewhat disinterested real estate agents. At first, I was just testing the market and needed to see what was available and within my budget range. They spent countless hours finding listings that met my requirements and then guided me on tours through each and every one. They showed me good and bad things about these houses and always made me feel that they were honestly looking out for my best interests. This all took place during the big boom in the market at the beginning of 2017, so I knew they were incredibly busy but they never let me down once I decided I was ready to go from looking to buying. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the process of submitting offers a breeze for me. They were continuously updating me on the progress of each and were there to soften the blow if or when they were not accepted. We finally had success when they found a house that literally ticked off all the boxes on my list. They were there for the offer, the signing and well beyond what I would consider normal practice. It is over a year since I met them and they continue to keep in contact with me. The have gone from real estate agents to real friends. I refer everyone I know to them and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. You will not be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of meeting Christie on the side of the road in the summer of 2016, and I always thank my lucky stars that I did!! I could probably write a novel of my experience from 2016 until now about all of the amazing things Tom and Christie did for my family. My husband and I had a new baby that summer and a toddler, we needed more space. It was time to buy our first home. To say we were clueless is an understatement. We were in a blissful ignorance about everything encompassing buying a home. Christie kept in touch with me and very politely eased us into looking at houses. They worked around my babys nursing schedule, my toddlers nap schedule, and my husbands work schedule. We saw some houses and fell in love with a dump that we all saw amazing potential in. Tom and Christie new we were terrified of putting an offer on a house and very calmly and slowly explained the process. In the end our finances were not enough in order to take on a "risky" fixer uper. We were sad but Tom and Christie helped us realize we just needed a plan. We would save money and try again next year. 2017 March we finally were ready. We had this. We looked at houses with Tom we looked at houses with Christie, we fell in love with several. We put in too many offers to count and lost over and over the market was on fire! We were SO close everytime. Tom and Christie knew our top budget and never once made us stray from our comfort zone. They worked so very hard and never lost hope. I shared tears and laughs with them over hilarious houses and heartbreaking losses. In April, we decided to adjust our expectations to look at townhouses. Tom and Christie told us one evening that they had a conversation with another client about the market. They used our situation as an example of how difficult it is for First-Time homebuyers to compete, how frustrating and unfair the market seemed to be. This client had just spent many months looking for a house and was getting ready to sell the townhouse he lived in. Because of the relationship Tom and Christie built with their client, he decided to let us see his home, before going on the market. And even better offered to SELL us his home without having the competition of other buyers. It was as if the stars alligned. We saw the home and immediately fell in love. It was meant to be. And by the end of April we had our keys to our first home. And now almost a year in our first home we cannot be more thankful. Tom and Christie helped change our life. They made us see the goodness in people. The power of kindness and hardwork. There are too many amazing qualities to list about these two. Aside from the fact that they go above and beyond for every single client, they are knowledgable, flexible, and pay attention to the details. I trust them, and will highly reccomend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

I'd been living in the same condo townhouse for way too long and it was time for a change. I began pulling up property listings on the internet spending countless hours filtering through the hundreds of properties for sale. While at first this was a learning experience it soon became frustrating and time consuming. I would take the properties for sale that meet at least a few of my requirements and create a spreadsheet scoring each listing based on location, size, price, curb appeal etc. I guess that's the kind of thing you do when your retired. I finally found a place that I wanted to view and Tom and Christie were the listing agents. I went out to see it and that is when I met Tom. We walked through the place and Tom would point out both the pluses and minuses. In the end we decided it wasn't a perfect fit and Tom suggested we continue with the search. It was at that point that the penny dropped and I realized that I could have Tom and Christie do all the search and filter stuff and send me only properties that met my criteria. We sat down to discuss exactly what I was looking for and in what price range. Shortly after that I started receiving emails with the latest listing that they felt I might be interested in. For the most part these were new listings that had just hit the market. Something that I couldn't access on my own. I am sure at one point it must have become frustrating for Tom as I would switch from Condo to townhouse and back to Condo with a few single family dwellings thrown in just for fun, but Tom hung in there. This went on for several months. Finally one day, while doing one of my periodic neighbourhood scouting missions I happened upon a house in an awesome location with a for-sale sign. I knew right away this was the place for me. I called Tom and had him set up a viewing and that was that. It was time to put in an offer. Without going in to all the details it was offer, counter offer and counter-counter. Tom called me the next day to tell me I had just bought a house. Tom and Christie made all the paperwork and legalities of the purchase seem easy. They were invaluable in helping me get through the process.

I can't say enough good about Tom and Christie, and I need lots more than 5 stars! We met Tom when we sent an inquiry on a property he had listed. We told him we did not have a realtor and Tom offered to help us with the purchase of a new property as well as the sale of our current home. Tom has said many times he loves his job and clearly that is true. I have never once felt rushed no matter how many questions I have had or how many phone calls or texts have been sent. We have a special needs adult son who came along with us for showings. Tom was extremely thoughtful of Codys needs and offered to stop at any if he was overwhelmed and needed a break. Tom and Christie have very successfully negotiated both the selling and buying process for us. Their use of a professional photographer is a great asset and goes a long way in enhancing your homes best features. I love Tom and Christie's dedication and work ethic but mostly I really love how kind, patient and caring they are. We truly felt as if we were treated like family.
