Being a first time homebuyer, I didn't know about all the ins and outs of buying a home. Hendriks team was an easy choice, picking the right place wasn't as simple. My pricepoint and the need for a garage became problematic with today's market. Daniel Bones was with me every step of the way for 2+ years, not once was he frustrated or upset with me for being picky or unwilling to spend the little bit extra.
