I didn't personally know Greg but I had reached out to him when he had a listing of a home I was interested in. That home was sold but he became my realtor. He helped me find a home and a mortgage broker,Kristen Dias of Mission35 mortgages who ended up offering me a much better deal than my own bank of 20+ years. We had a roller coaster ride with deals falling through after home inspections and Greg remained patient and friendly. We live in different cities yet he always came out to show me homes even if they were a fair distance for him. We went through several offers and bidding wars but in the end I got the house I really wanted thanks to his diligence and his help. We went through a lot of "firsts" on this roller coaster ride but we didn't give up and patience got us through the buying process. I am now the proud owner of a detached home thanks to Greg and Kristen. I would highly recommend Greg. He's a family man with a great demeanor and he Really cares about his clients. Answers emails/texts very quickly and he makes you feel like you are his only client even though he is dealing with many other clients. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Greg!
