When we decided we wanted to build a home, we knew we needed a professional to help us not only find the perfect lot and spec build for us, but we needed someone to help guide us through the months of planning that building a home entails. I never imagined Monica would have spent us much time as she did with us - providing advice and acting as our representative when working with the builder for the whole 8 months (and then some) it took to build our dream home. We were blown away by her expertise and quick responses to any questions we had a long the way. Not only is she amazing at her job, she's just one of those people you love to be around. Building a home during a global pandemic proved to have its unknown challenges, but having Monica on our team was the best decision we ever made.

I bought my first home in a sellers market which was intimidating to even start looking (peak Covid pandemic). Monica was very responsive to my questions (pretty much daily), very informative before and at each viewing as to general upkeep/home management and possible expenses, and supportive.
