When asked by our builder, KDR Homes if I could describe my experience building with them I jumped at the chance because I was honestly very pleasantly surprised at the whole process - from beginning to end. I am not the type of person to boast or for that matter slam someone publicly, but KDR does deserve to be commended on an exceptional job with my home. Being a business owner, and having friends that built with what I considered to be a reputable custom home builder made me very apprehensive as I did not have the time to be dealing with my friends top thee complaints: lack of communication, false promises, and crazy extras. But location to me is everything - and when i met Diego to discuss building my home, I found him to be very knowledgeable and very passionate about his product. In hindsight, I found Diego and his team to be honest, fair, and they did deliver on their promises. We moved into our home 8 months from excavation - as promised by KDR, with only a few minor items that were cleaned up right away. Very impressive, considering the size, magnitude and amount of detail in my home. KDR kept us on track with our time frames for selections and budget. I can honestly say that my builder looked out after our best interests and treated us like a client should be treated. Jon and Alex - Always great to deal with, always polite and professional. Still continue to provide exceptional service. Great designs, quality workmanship, and most important exceptional service....that is a winning formula!!! Thanks again!!

I warned them that the service they wanted performed, wouldn't work but they insisted that I perform the service anyway. When it didn't work, surprise, surprise, they didn't pay. In fact, they sent me a credit note that they generated themselves that offset my invoice to them. They generate their own credit notes. Awesome. I wonder how that works for them if they tried that with the CRA or provincial sales taxes? Work for them at your own peril.
