Dealt with these 2 in Feb '20 - they offered to purchase home and added a bunch of ridiculous conditions. After a full month of getting the run around and being mislead, they finally walked away from the deal. Would HIGHLY advise against dealing with these 2 (Prince + Eric) by and means possible. Scam artists who know how to really take advantage of people.

They do exactly what needs to be done in a timely manner. We hired them to manage one of our properties within a tenant that the communication had broken down. They found a resolution that we were happy with. They took the stress off of us and we will use them in the future.

Apperantly jx feels it is okay to evict a family on a bunch of fake noise complaints. My sister fell down the stairs and our neighbors made a complaint. Our neighbors made a complaint about us saying we were partying, when we were sitting in our rooms packing boxes. They claim they have evidence of us partying so we got an eviction notice. Funny that they couldn't show the evidence or come investigate anything . If quality of living was a priority... when my neighbors threatened my dad's life it would have been taken seriously. Or when the same neighbors told me to kill myself... it would have been dealt with...

JX Property Management company is the worst company please don't trust them they will do everything to take your deposit they told me everything was fine in person when he went to the office after 2 months he said the house was not clean i left it so clean but when he was with me he told its clean they will send my deposit in 30 days i will never recommend this place to anyone i called to talk about it because he knows my number he doesn't pick up i called private after he hear my voice he hang up if i can i will give him 0 rate.

JX Property management did an excellent job of finding us tenants in our first investment property. Prince and his team did a good job of managing my property over the past year while I worked in another province, including advertising the rental opportunity, reviewing candidates, collecting the rent and organizing service calls. JXPM has service providers for every occasion and, most importantly, my renter was satisfied with the support he received. I would not hesitate to hire JXPM again.

I came in contact with this company indirectly. They submitted an offer to purchase for our son's house. As our son lives out of town, his father and I have been given a Power of Attorney to conduct his business on his behalf. Having worked in the legal field many years, I can state that this company is shady. They put forth an offer to purchase with a condition stating that any damage made by THEIR contractors while in the house was our responsibility. Yes, my son should not have accepted this offer, but he does not have a legal background and should be expected to know all the dubious practices employed. After some time, they came back and said that they could not get financing. This company apparently could not get the financing? An established business should be able to secure financing of this small scale easily. If that is the case, what are they doing offering to buy houses they cannot afford. Now my son is out of pocket. He has lost rent income for three months. He has had to incur unnecessary legal fees. Eric and Prince are guilty of questionable practices.

Hard to reach anyone at JXPM, they have a weird impersonal automated text response system in place. Was a challenge to book a viewing, and then when I finally did and went... the suite didn't feature many of the things from the listing. The person showing me the place was polite, but couldn't answer literally any of my questions about cost of utilities, the other tenants, previous tenants or anything. Also showed absolutely no interest in asking me what I was looking for, etc. My understanding is JX had just acquired the suite and knew nothing about it.. but if that's the case -- don't list it, and don't show it until you do. Even if the place met expectations, way too many red flags from JX.
