I recently bought and sold a home with this two and WOW - what great service. Contact was great, they are both super knowledgeable and having a “team” as your realtors is amazing, like 2 for the price of 1. We had our first deal fall apart as it was pending the sale of our home but with Erins help we were quickly able to find a home and get an offer accepted. They gave us a recommendation to a great inspector and everything turned out great. Selling our home with them was amazing, they did a walk through and gave us some tips, then came back with a price we should sell for. They were right as there was a ton of interest in our home and we finally got a great offer close to list with a possession matching our new place. 10/10 highly recommend!

My husband and I recently worked with Erin to sell our house and purchase a new one. She was recommended to us by several people and both my husband and I say all the time how glad we are she was our realtor. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the current market and also with the ins and outs of real estate in general. She’s straight forward, honest, to the point and keeps your best interests in mind when negotiating. We must have asked hundreds of questions to her (and I’m sure we asked the same ones several times) and each time she was quick to get back to us with answers. It didn’t matter if it was early in the morning, late at night or on a weekend she was always willing to work us into her schedule.
