My husband and I have just purchased a home with the help of Digger Real Estate and it was an excellent experience. We had been looking at homes on line for about a year and Victoria was great about sending listings that were relevant to what we wanted and to call from time to time to be sure she was on the right track. Once we started to look at homes in person Dan took over and was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our feedback on what we did and didn't like in homes and was able to narrow down our search with this information. When the time came to make an offer on our home Dan was invaluable in helping us with home inspections (he referred us to an excellent inspector) and was very good about keeping us updated on the progress of the sale. We highly recommend Digger Real Estate, their commitment to service is obvious and as a bonus they are good fun to be around with good humour and stories to share.

I cannot explain how happy I was buying a home through Digger Real Estate. I dealt with Isaac, it was my first time buying a home. He explained all the ins and outs of the home buying process. He showed me multiple properties and was very knowledgeable at the showings. He was very easy to get ahold of and kept me up to date on the buying process. Not sure about whole office but DO NOT TRUST Robina Zyp... slimy agent!! Took one offer to her clients morning, lied to potential buyers about response time (delayed til evening) because she was ADVISING her clients to look at a SECOND offer that came in afternoon, without offering FIRST-offering party a response or even chance to adjust offer to compete, which is proper procedure! Maybe not illegal (should be) but certainly UNETHICAL!!! Self-serving “gold”DIGGER for sure!!

Digger Dan helped me buy and sell a condo in Edmonton a few years ago for use by my kids going to college and university.
