We hired Mark after we spent 3 months evaluating the market and looking for our new home. Our search started in Kelowna BC where we quickly discovered that all you can buy for 600K is a chicken coup. Our search went from there to Lethbridge to High River to Okotokos, we finally settled on Edmonton because Edmonton offered more value and services for the money. We did all of our searches through ZOLO.ca since the site does a very good job in updating new listings on a daily basis. After we hired Mark, we found two houses that met our criteria then notified Mark and he went to work for us and he did an excellent job on our behalf. He immediately set up viewings of both properties, we decided to put an offer on one of them. Mark did everything you expect from a professional real estate agent. He was thorough, timely, attentive and supportive. He is friendly, informative, detail oriented and very knowledgeable. When my husband and I relocated from Kelowna to Edmonton we contacted Mark Pelletier. From our first call to Mark we were treated to knowledgeable, personable and professional service. Mark quickly researched the areas and price range we were interested in and did a lot of leg work before our first house hunting trip. Mark took us to several properties before we purchased. He met with a building inspector on our behalf and when the inspector found a major flaw in the cement foundation Mark went straight back to work and found us the house we currently live in.
