Would not deal with Monika EVER!! Lies and false accusations. She is not to be trusted. Not the properties she manages. Left us with not heat or service in the middle of winter for 2 weeks.

I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. I hired Diane to rent my house out my house sat empty for 4 months! It wasn't until I posted it myself on kajiji and had more calls in 1 week then they did in months. Once the house finally did get renters I was charged outrageous $ for any little thing. 150$ to fix a closet door. Service calls charged to me for showing the renters how to work the thermostat. My washer broke leaked water to the ceiling in the basement and was not told until I noticed myself a year later. All the trees in my backyard dead and had to be removed. Leaves were not once raked now the backyard and shed are infested with mice. when I moved back in the house was not clean. The walk through was done so poorly I was never even given the chance to look myself. They never cleaned behind the stove or fridge never dusted on top of the fridge or cupboards. No cleaner was used, grease and streak marks on all the appliances small damages to the walls. Glass shower doors were covered in water deposites. Light bulbs burnt out. To top it off she gave the renters there FULL deposits back. I never seen one dollar when in reality I should have kept at least half of it. They also tried to double charge me for my 500 deposite. There was more this is just what I can think of off the top of my head. Very unprofessional and just terrible.

Just called the office, as the agent I usually am in contact with has not reach out to me in a week regarding a broken dishwasher. I explained to her the dishwasher has not been working for a week, and the agent has not gotten back to me. She asked for my name and number and then hung up on me with no explanation. I dont even understand where my problem is at anymore. Is anyone even helping my with this? Not professional at all. They clearly do not care. Edit: this originally was 2 weeks ago. My dishwasher has been broken for almost a month now. Left a voicemail for Pierre, and still no phone call back. Issue has not been resolved. Nothing has been scheduled for the replacement of a new dishwasher. This is getting extremely frustrating. Do not rent any properties from this place. They do not care about being responsible landlords. once the dishwasher was fixed, i was going to amend review. But now, I stand by this. There was other property managers who will fix a dishwasher within a week. To be honest, this is getting extremely ridiculous.
