A Property management company that fills their pockets without doing the job. They have more excuses for not doing their job than you can imagine. They DEFINITELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS OR THE REGULATIONS OF THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCY BRANCH!

2 Claims through the Residential Tenancy Branch against this so called Licensed Property Manager. The arbitrator sided with me. Repairs not done for a year & Loss of quiet enjoyment. Waiting for one more decision on ANOTHER hearing that just took place.Stay tuned
